In summary I should say that my house was ransacked many times by the guard. When we worked against Somoza we didn't get help from our neighbors because they were so afraid of the consequences. However, a lieutenant in the guard was living next door and he helped us considerably. All through the struggle my house served as a conduit for arms and as a security house. We put up many of the people who today occupy jobs in the revolution. Of my sons, Julio is a sub-lieutenant, Aldolfo is in the state security and my son-in-law, is a lieutenant.
